Protein Peanut Butter Balls (keto)

Perfect holiday treat to bring to every gathering this season. Ingredients: ½ cup protein powder 1 cup peanut butter ⅓ cup honey 2 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup peanuts (for coating or in the balls)   Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Mix in a blender to form soft dough. Create 1 inch balls and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze balls for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
