Foot Pain

A very common form of foot pain is plantar fasciitis. This condition is described as pain and inflammation of the tissue called plantar fascia, running across the bottom of your foot connecting your heel bone to your toes. Most commonly affected by this condition are runners and those who are overweight or wear shoes with inadequate support. Plantar fasciitis commonly causes stabbing pain that is usually worse during your first steps in the morning. Chiropractic care along with therapeutic exercises can greatly increase the mobility of the ligaments of the foot and ankle thus decreasing pain.
