No Bake Pumpkin Pie (keto)

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="626"] Photo by Kenny Eliason on Unsplash[/caption] Ingredients: -2 tbsp boiling water -1 tbsp melted water -2 tbsp pure pumpkin -1/4 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning -1 tbsp  plain gelatin -1 pack sucralose   How To: In a small dish add half a packet of gelatin and 2 tablespoons of boiling water. Whisk until dissolved. In another small dish add your melted butter, gelatin and water mixture, pure pumpkin, sucralose and seasoning. Mix until well combined. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes or until mixture sets. Serve and enjoy!
