Irish Inspired Roasted Cabbage
Ingredients:
-1 head of cabbage
-2 tbsp olive oil
-fresh lemon juice
Seasoning: Sea salt, black pepper and lemon slices
How to:
Begin by preheating oven to 450. Use olive oil to coat pan. Slice cabbage head into 6-8 wedges. Arrange wedges in layer on baking sheet. In a separate bowl add olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice together. Apply mixture by coating the top sides of the cabbage wedges. Bake cabbage heads for 15-20 minutes. Take pan out and flip wedges, reapply oil/lemon juice and continue baking for 10 mins. Serve hot. Sea salt, black pepper and lemon slices are great seasonings to add while hot!
