Health Halloween Handouts

It's that time of the year again where everything gets spooky, including the grocery aisles stocked to the brim with king sized candy bars packed full of sugar. It's the yearly dilemma of whether to contribute to the sugar handouts or put on your health hat. The search for healthier, but still tasty alternatives can be difficult especially when all the Halloween ads and grocery stores seem to be working together to promote buying candy. 

Good news is that we are here to help! Kids aren't so much into the food as they are into the eye appeal of the treat. This can be as simple as something from your pantry or party store goodies.
